Large build incomplete but thinks it is 100%

I am doing a large build (About 5 hours, 190g) . The X1c thinks it is complete, but it really stopped with many layers left. This happened twice on two different large builds, at different layers. (Plate 2&3 in the attached .3mf)

When I watch the timelapse, the video lasts the entire expected print time, but for the last third the printhead is just sitting unmoving over the waste chute. So it thinks it is printing, but it isn’t. (There is NOT a ton of weird extrusion in the chute - so it wasn’t extruding the whole time.)

Printer : X1c
Filament: ABS-GF

The print head is stuck here for 1/3 of the time lapse

This is what it is supposed to look like

Here is the .3mf. My slicer settings are standard ABS-GF, but with some stronger infill (50% cubic), 4 wall thickness, and then 100% fill on those two columns.

Closing this.

I think it may have been a partial clog (on print 1) and a complete clog (on print 2). I replaced the nozzle and got a clean print.

This doesn’t really explain why the print head didn’t move while the software thought it was happily printing, but I guess that’s just a failure in Bambu’s software.
