What nozzle size is your new nozzle. It may help me troubleshoot your problem. I am in IT so good knowledge about computers and troubleshooting.

Sorry it is the standard 0.4

Ok, so how many top layers you choose when slicing. That could be the problem, only one top layer by default.

Just so you know I have only an A1 mini, so all my answers are based on my experience with it. I also use bambu studio for slicing.

I use standard value and is set to 5 I have never touched the setting I normally don’t play around and I had always flawless results…

Hmm, how old is the printer.

Could you also show me the whole section of the config panel for this tab of the bambu studio. The one with wall thickness and stuff.

November 2024 not even an year …

Have you had any other issues before.

Maybe try calibrating printer, with everything, including stabilization, bed leveling, flow calibration, and all the other stuff. It may help.

Do you also turn off your printer. Or do you leave it on, try off and on again if you don’t turn it off often.

Here is my P1S top shell setting.
It kind of looks like you aren’t getting the top laid down properly.
You can use the Preview tab to go down layer by layer and see each layer. I just threw a cube on plate, sliced it and counted each layer and there were five, just like the setting says, before the infill starts.
