Latest firmware or beta studio missing PLA-CF ? (01.07.03.00)

I updated to the latest firmware on my X1C a few days ago and went to print on the external spool with BambuLab PLA-CF… and it doesn’t seem to be filament type dropdown anymore. I see some of the new fancy filaments (Sparkle, Galaxy, etc), not seeing some of the existing ones (PLA-CF?, other CF?). Also see new support filaments (none of which i need/use).

Is there a different way I need to be telling my printer what filaments I want for the external spool?

It it just me?

Update: I also alternate between Bambu Studio 1.9 (beta) and 1.8. I can try to reproduce with 1.8.

Does this work for you?

I have PLA-CF selected in Studio

I have started using the beta 1.9.0.60 - i didn’t think that studio would be setting these. When my current print finishes i’ll try 1.8 and see if thats the thing.

Upgraded my firmware 1.7.03 this morning, though that should not matter to Studio.

PLA-CF is available in the drop-down here in Studio beta 1.9.0.69, at least with my X1C and 0.4 nozzle. It is not (and should not be) available for a 0.2 nozzle.

Its in Studio, but not on the printer. that seems to be causing me problems.

It’s on my printer. It’s further down the list than I was expecting, the “-” in PLA-CF forces it to the bottom of the PLA choices.

As a last ditch i cycled power on my printer and all filaments including PLA-CF are available on my printer now. /shrug
