Good day to all,
Today i installed the latest bambu studio Bambu_Studio_win-v01.10.02.76 on my ARM laptop. When the installation ask you to install the bambu network plugin, the program crash instantly. It crash every time since then. I unistalled it completely but it seem the problem is the network plugin.
There is currently a bug in the software.
Please try the version shared in the link below: https://github.com/bambulab/BambuStudio/releases/download/v01.10.01.50/Bambu_Studio_win_public-v01.10.01.50-20241115162711.exe
More details here
Thank you! It works again. I hope for a new updated version without this bug.
I have the same problem. Downgrade to v01.10.01.50 works but it leads to the following issue with my X1C: “HMS_0500-0500-0001-0007: MQTT Command verification failed, please update Studio or Handy.”
recommended troubleshooting according to bambu lab wiki: “…download and install version 01.10.02.64 or above.”
so the downgrade to 01.10.01 is no solution for me
I have the same issue as user_1454386795. I updated the firmware in the XC1 and updated the Studio on windows. I get the MQTT Command verification failed if i downgrade to version 01.10.01 and now my printr is unusable.
Same thing is happening to me. Printer is unusable at this point
We are getting the same thing on our X1C but still have the ability to print to it via Bambu Studios if we are on the schools network but not if we are remote.
I am having the same problem with the MQTT error. I have the latest firmware and latest versions of Studio and Handy, but I continue to get the error. I tried the fix listed above but am still getting the same error. As piotr.wor says, the printer is now unusable. Is there any update on a solution?
Same problem after downgrading to the earlier version. Now the printer gets the MQTT error and I can’t print! Please fix ASAP!
Hello, I had the same problem after the update with the error message
“HMS_0500-0500-0001-0007: MQTT Command verification failed, please update Studio or Handy,” which really annoyed me.
I quickly downgraded to the old firmware 01.08.00.00 and now it’s working again.
However, that’s not a solution, and Bambu should conduct appropriate tests before releasing a firmware, not testing it in the field!
Same problem. I get the MQTT Command verification failed if I downgrade. So either way, what is the solution? Cannot print…
Why wasn’t this fixed in 2.0? I guess i wont be purchasing the new H2D. Any update on when this bug will be resolved. The latest Bambu Studio doesn’t run on Microsoft Surface and I feel like this is a huge miss for the company.
Similar concern, first thing I tried when 2.0 was dropped. Still seeing the immediate crash. For the Bambu team, is there anything we can do to help get this resolved so that we aren’t left behind on updates and unable to use the new hardware?
firmware updated and the new studio version and now I cant open Studio to splice and send prints to my X1C, crashing the studio software blink for 1-3 sec nothing tried reboots and Windows updates same thing. I’m Running on a MS Surface with a Snapdragon CPU.
This sucks
I have the same problem. Bambu Studio don’t work after update to 2.0.
MS Surface with Snapdragon CPU
Same Problem here with my Computer.
MS Surface 11
My problem is that I’ve lost the home screen with Maker world and other info on it when I open the app on the pc
Is there any update on this issue? I did not see a note in the most recent release notes for update, so am not sure if I should keep running the old version or if we can update yet
Our team is working on bringing the ARM version as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date for when this will be ready, but it should be coming out soon.
Same issue. ARM64 Windows 11. None of my printers are working.
