Layer 1 problems, too low now too high

Having ongoing issues with my A1’s first layer, and I have no idea what’s going on.
Sept 4 Bought A1, First month was fine.

Oct 13-28 - Printing consistently low (around .14mm)
Went through all the troubleshooting, Bambu replaced the hot end.
Problem was solved, worked great

Nov 17 - Now printing consistently too high.

Details:
I’ve cleaned build plates per guidelines, tried different build plates, my filament is nice and dry. I’ve tightened the the 7 screws 4+3) per A1 Series First Layer Print Issues - First Layer Too Low, Hotend Moving | Bambu Lab Wiki

I’ve rerun calibrations.

Since there’s no babystepping on the A1, I handcrafted gcode to print 1 layer thick squares, with slightly different g29.1 levels to determine the offset. Worked great when the printer was printing too low, I’m hesitant to try the same thing when it’s printing too high, since I don’t want to ram the nozzle into the bed. I do have a full set of different nozzles though if I need a sacrifice.

And I’ve been waiting since November 28th for Bambu to analyze my logs. When the printer works properly it’s great but I can’t say it’s been reliable ;(
