Layer Above Support Layer Comes Out Poor

Bottom object layers when printing ABS are coming out poor. Rest of the part comes out good.

Bed temp is 95 and chamber temp is 40.

Speed is universally 60.

Top Z distance is 0.

Interface layers at 3.

Rest is default.

Using these support settings:

With this filament.

Any improvement suggestions?

I am having similar issues!

What filament and settings are you using / have you tried? @user_3020905060

That’s normal for supported material. Doesn’t look bad, really. I’m experimenting with HIPS as ABS support material. Using zero Z-gap and 0 spacing. Leaves a very clean surface and removes pretty easily.

Do you have any photos of a print you made that had a support layer touching it? @Zemlin
