I have been trying to print a Toothless dragon model and the small feature on the tail is slicing in a strange way so that layers of white are printed under the red on this small feature causing the 2 colours to bleed together. I am Ideally trying to print at 0.1 layer height
This happens regardless of model size, though smaller layers on larger models increase the number of red layer on top of the white masking the effect slightly.
I have tried the creators 3mf from Makerworld. I have tried both orca and bambu slicers. Painting the feature with both the fill and the sphere tools to get all of it. Painting only the top surface. Global variable layer height. Varying the layer height in the height range of only the height with the problem. Tried classic and arachne walls.
Has anyone had this issue before with this model or others? Im sure it is entirely end user error but I cant for the life of me figue it out. Any help would be much appreciated!
