Ok sorry for the late reply, I was waiting for a replacement poop shot. Supports suggested replacing it because the metal piece feel out from the shot.
As I was taking the rear panel off i noticed the rear casing from the tool head looks broken from a corner.
Could that be the reason of my problem? Wondering if the lever was getting stuck in that corner and causing that loud bang?
