Layer shifting on Bambu lab A1

Having trouble with layer shifting (or something similar) see attached pics. And it always seems to happen on all of my prints where the floor of the print ends. I have tried numerous things, including switching the wall generator to Arachne. But none of them seemed to work. this error is missing up, basically all of my prints, I am about to open a support ticket with Bambu lab

When such an issue occurs, you can try adjusting the order of the walls printed.

Using Inner Wall / Outer Wall / Inner Wall could help, but please note that it can affect the overhang quality depending on the model printed.

A fillet on the inside corner wall also seems to help mitigate this issues.

I believe that I did put a fillet in the inside corner wall but i could be wrong

This was the reply to my 1.7mm shift after 38 hours printing. This was the third time.
None of this was an issue.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Bambu Lab support.

I am sorry you are experiencing problems, but rest assured we will provide support to solve them as soon as possible.

Based on the 3mf file you uploaded, it seems generally fine. I believe external factors may have caused the issue. I suggest following these steps to readjust:

  1. Tensioning Belt: Tensioning Belt
  2. Lubricating the guide rail system: Lubricating the guide rail system
  3. Check if the USB-C cable might have caused any lost steps during the printing process.
  4. Ensure there is no under extrusion in the nozzle, leading to insufficient filament flow and potential scraping of the model.

Kind regards,
Bambu Lab Support

I slowed all accelerations to 200mm/s and no faster than 50mm/s on prints and non print moves and it still shifted. This is a full spool on the table now. 1.7KG to finished part. 10x10x10"
