as a man with large hands 
I would appreciate if some settings/check boxes were enlarged to make easier to touch without affecting nearby options
here is just an example of what im hoping to see changed

First of all, I agree with you - the first screen easily has room for larger check boxes.
Secondly, not sure if you’re down on this but couldn’t you have a touch screen stylus next to the screen? Your fingers ain’t getting any slimmer soon, eh?

Yes Stylus would help but really the UI should be designed for the input device it was intended, fingers
