Led screen not working

I just got my second x1 carbon printer with two AMS’s and unpacked it and was doing the setup. When I turned on the power, the LED screen didn’t come on, does anyone now why? the light comes on and all the filament was loaded. Is there a process to hooking up two x1 carbons to Wi-Fi? Is there a way to take off the led screen from the printer? Thanks Tim

You gonna need two user accounts, one for each printer in order to make them work via internet/Wi-Fi

Did you check that the cable is seated fully at the rear of the screen? Removing the screen is the opposite of installing it. Push to the right until the clips release.

I tried to push it to the right pretty hard but didn’t want to break it, I’ll try it again. Thanks

Thanks I’ll try that @ drakko

Is there a trick to get the led screen off the printer (X1 carbon) I’ve tried and I’m afraid I’m going to brake it if I push it any harder trying to get it off. I’m pretty sure I connected the cord plug to the led good, but wanted to look and see if I did. What else would it be if the plug is connected good, why would the LED not be working? How do I get in touch with Bambu support? Thanks

Google (“bambu x1c screen replacement”) found this:

Thanks everyone I got the led off and the cable plug wasn’t all the on everything is good now! Thanks Again
