Hi all, currently having an issue with my A1, when I print the left side has major flaws and right side is perfect. I’ve re trammed the bed and gone through all calibrations. I’ve also checked the slicer and nothing seems wrong there.
You quoted it but didn’t do it except posting a couple of photos? People really will be able to help you better when you help them help you.
Side differences with unenclosed printers can be from air currents affecting temperatures. Fan running? A/C vent?
Speed :- default bambu studio setting.
Fillament:- elegoo pla black/pink
Settings:- all standard A1 settings in bambu studio apart from slowing to 20% for bridges.
Drafts:- no drafts in enclosed room with no ac.
Part fan : 80%(tried higher and lower but still same results)
Tried running the print and 50% speed and still does the same.
I have trammed the bed, kept flow rate at 0.98 as doesn’t seem to be over/under extrusion as it’s only happening on one side.
Can you please confirm if you are using the Generic PLA filament profile?
The issue seems to be related with the settings used, and not to the bed leveling.
If possible, please share the .3mf file used so the settings can be confirmed.
