The nozzle temperature is abnormal, the sensor may be open circuit. [0300-0200-0001-0007] I contacted support, but they haven’t responded to me for 2 days, I need help.
Had this happen to me and found the thermistor wire to the heater block was O/C.
Just received the replacement part so will fit tomorrow. It’s a pain to install though - had to do it before when the left heater was destroyed due to incorrect installation of the purge chute. Probably a bad install that time that caused the current failure
