Lifting edge

Hey,

thanks for taking some minutes.

I’m not fully new but mostly just printing easy stuff.
With bigger parts with straight lines all works fine.
But with more conplex parts I frequently get issues with the edges to lift, but not all.
Only the ones to the front.

Is the issue that I have bo door and the air might be colder?

I have a P1P with self printed Star Trek enclosure, but without door.
In using the latest bambulab slicer or do it directly over the app.

Or do I miss something else?

Thanks for your thoughts

  1. The first rule of warping is: we do not talk about warping
  2. We clean the bed repeatedly with water, dishwashing liquid and a clean brush. We are NOT gentle!
  3. We print with a warmer chamber and avoid all drafts
  4. We use a brim
  5. We use glue (glue stick diluted in water)
  6. We reduce the layer height for the first 2-5cm
  7. We slow printing speed for the first 2-5cm

Or if you’re lazy like me and don’t mind spending a little extra coin, use a liquid glue like Bambu’s liquid glue. But definitely use glue.
