Light box graphic is falling apart

I have made two light boxes using the same settings with success. My 3rd attempt using the same settings as before, is separating into individual pieces of color when I pull it off the print plate. After the 1st attempt, i think it was not assembled for some reason so I hit assemble and thought that would fix my issue but it printed the same again.

Is anyone willing to look at my file and help me know what I did wrong?

All of my light boxes have had a .2 mm layer height and designed with 5 layers. The print looks great beyond the separation and I used the same filament as before.

Second question is how do I add a white layer or recolor layer 5 in this case to all white to help the separation? I slice, go to layer 5, click X but change filament is not highlighted and editable.

Anybody able to help me?

Perhaps your black is under extruding? That’s what holds all colors together. Does your first layer look good?

Edit: I did look at that file and couldn’t spot anything weird.

Hi.
Looked at the 3MF file.
If you put it into Bambu slicer, slice it and slide the layer slider down to layer 1 and look closely at the first layer.
You have gaps between the different colours in many places, plus no perimeters, particularly on the black.
The printer is printing exactly what you asked it too
Suspect the STL has problems.

PS:
Had another look and it seems the black parts of the print have all shifted down by a mm or so, and also they don’t fill all the space created for them.
You can see it better if you look from the bottom of the plate after slicing and pulling down to one layer height.

Good luck.
