Live video with H2S

I noticed a button go going Live with video on the devices screen in the slicer. It doesn’t seem to do anything. Has anyone been able to make the H2S do a live stream to YouTube or other platforms?

Its for adding the feed the software like obs. When ypu activate it, it will link to directions

That’s just it, I turned it on and nothing happened.

I also use it to stream high quality full screen when I want to see better details.

Just add a shortcut (in windows) on your desktop to:

C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Roaming/BambuStudio/cameratools/ffmpeg.sdp

If you select « go live » in studio, doubleclick on the shortcut to get the video in your favorite software (I use VLC)

Edit: on a mac, use file:/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/BambuStudio/cameratools/ffmpeg.sdp

How to use Live Mode Open Bambu Studio and select your printer.Find the video panel and click the Camera Settings icon in the top-right corner.In the pop-up panel, click the Go Live button to enable the stream.The first time you enable it, you may be prompted to install virtual camera tools. Allow the installation to complete.Once installed, click Go Live again. A link will appear that you can use to configure your streaming software, such as OBS.In your streaming software, configure a new media source using the link or information provided by Bambu Studio.The live camera feed from your printer should now appear in your stream. Additional tips It is recommended to set the video resolution to (1080p) for better quality.If your live feed appears black in OBS, you may need to add the Bambu Studio window as a “Window Capture” source instead of using a media source.A new preference setting in Bambu Studio, “Keep liveview when printing,” can prevent the live view from closing during a print.

Has anymore used the “Go Live” button recently after updating Bambu Studio to Version: 2.5.0.64 which is the latest version?

After updating, I cannot turn it on anymore, it keeps reverting back to “off”.

Using it on an H2D btw, it was working fine before I updated it so I was wondering if anyone else has noticed it.

I think we are all having the same issue after updating…
