Seeing a little bit of buildup on the nozzle from some PETG, realized I have no way to bump up Z in realtime. Would be great to be able to tell the printer to raise Z by .001, .01, or .1.

I would also like to see this. I always pause my print after the SKIRT is printed, pull it off the bed, and measure the thickness with a calliper. Many times I have to re-start the print because it reads below 0.20mm when the thickness should be 0.25mm.
If I had Live Z I could simple add the amount needed and continue with the print.
I think all that is needed is 0.01mm increments.
