Over the past couple of days, the liveview stream just doesn’t work. The Bambu site status says it’s up. But, I just get continual errors, ‘Loading failed [-20011]’. That error code doesn’t show up on the help page. Anyone else seeing this? Note that the print job downloads via the cloud just fine, printing progress updates just fine, it’s only the live view that isn’t working. This has been going on intermittently for a while, and it is really getting annoying.
For me it works. But very slowly, often i have to wait +10 sec before view starts
I’m working with support. Apparently an issue with the printer itself. BUT, trying to get the printer logs to them has been nothing but a total pain. The Handy app won’t show the latest time period. Trying to upload the logs via the web page doesn’t work, the upload fails after seconds. I’m really starting to get annoyed with the software/firmware issues and the lame tools. I would still recommend an X1C, though. Even with the issues, much easier to work with than the other printers I’ve had.
