Long period of silence, approved refund, no money, after 5+ months

After several months of effort and working through on and off long periods of silence from support, reaching out in this forrum in hopes of Bambulabs responding and help get me their Approved refund or a store credit for ~$700. so, I don’t have any product and bambu labs is holding on to my money. This not right.

A quick summary:
3d printer was bought in July. Return and full refund were approved around that time. Never opened the box. After convincing the support that I don’t need to open the box and re-pack it as it’s in original factory packing and never opened, I shipped by my P1P using Bambulabs provided shipping label.

Bambulabs have kept telling me they are unable to refund to my credit card. My credit card company has no issues receiving a refund. Bambulbs shared two screenshots (of custom UIT). with two different amounts of attempts to refund. These screenshots don’t have my name or ending account numbers in there, which is not letting me claim a refund from my credit card company. Despire several request Bambulabs is not providing in writing name, money, account they are refunding to in response nor the rigth screenshot.

I request Babmu labs to provide the reqeusted details in the support ticket issue me a store credit so that I can use money ASAP.
