There will be lots of clickbait videos out there on how to get free printers from Bambu by posting AI-generated models that should show you how to do it.

I’m not sure what exactly you’d like articulate, but assuming it is head and arms, you probably can then chop the model up and add pegs.
Hope is to have each of the segments slide like a fidget.
Image search says that’s a physical item available from several stores.
If it is articulated I suspect the head turns and the wings go up and down.
the various AI tools can do but, but you need to cut the model and add the rotating elements yourself. i would just use a pin, a hole, and magnets, if you don’t know how to make a joint.
