Wow looking at this community I didn’t realize how much is affecting all of us. For me, Ironing looks terrible, horrible top layers, prime tower excessively large for AUX support material offset calibration failure. AI did not catch the blob of death and it destroyed my main extruder thermistor.
The problem that popped up: I paused the print to clear the AUX PTFE tube of a piece of broken filament that the X2D correctly alerted me to. I checked before the AUX filament motor and at the print head. Unfortunately the AMS didn’t stop advancing the filament. Once the PTFE tube was extracted from the motor It just kept pushing filament out with no way to stop it since all AMS controls are locked while printing. It extruded about 200g before I just gave it a little resistance to make it stop. Now it’s not pushing from the AMS but with no AMS control I couldn’t tell it to retract either so I cut my losses literally and reattached the PTFE tube onto the AUX filament motor. Then I pressed resume and the head did a little dance and threw another error (should have written it down) the error mentioned extrusion. I asked it to resume three times but it was stuck in a loop never once trying to move the filament. So the print failed three hours in.
