Suddenly I can no longer download STL’s, 3MF’s from Makerworld. I read the FAQ’s but don’t see any mention of download limits. I did download maybe a dozen files yesterday, could that be it? thanks in advance…
There’s probably a captcha challenge that should happen but doesn’t load for some reason for you - i’ve noticed that when trying to 3d preview an item. It’s either your browser’s fault, your net or captcha provider has an outage.
thanks JB I appreciate your reply. It just started working again, I didn’t change anything. For what it’s worth, I never see any captcha challenge when downloading.
The fact that you don’t see the captcha means that you do have problem with it - there should be captcha challenge at some point and if things simply stop working then it’s captcha’s fault.
If you’re using Firefox then try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection as it can interfere with captcha. If that’s the case then you can then report broken site to FF and it’ll get fixed. There’s advanced debugging for that if you want to dig into networking tab of your browser 
ah! Thanks for the insight. I would never have known there was a captcha. Never seen one here, even when downloads are working. I do use Firefox, always in Private mode with all the tracking stuff enabled. If it breaks again I will play around in developer mode. Thanks for your input here!
