Magnetic frame for dryer vent

Been doing a few functional prints around the house lately and this one is one of my favorites. The dryer screen was really a pain to remove (have to undo four screws, clean it, pop it back on), so I made a magnetic frame.

The frame is identical for both the wall side and the screen side so it was pretty simple to design. The little green duts are small TPU clips that hold the printed frame against the screen. The frames use eight 10 by 4mm magnets, which I was miraculously able to insert and glue with the proper polarization for once

In hindsight, the frame(s) could have been thicker/stiffer, but this works well enough for its intended purpose.

I am deeply offended by people like you!

How dare you show this, I don’t even know what to call it!

This aberration, this non-conforming design!

Horrendous!

Where are the articulated legs, why does it solve a problem, why doesn’t it have a fidget something or other.

It can’t connect to anything Ikea makes, you didn’t even throw RGB LEDs into it!

Functional you say, that sounds very close to a swear word, why are you swearing!

It’s people like you that have a problem and solve it that gives the rest of us a bad name!

IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, I SWEAR!!!
Will you forgive me if I print it in red post it in the Valentine’s Day Contest?
I can even add The Rock’s head to the top!

All you need to do to be in compliance would be to add legs and a propeller cap!

That’s a weird building code, but I’ll do that just in case.

The wall made me remember CyFy Home Inspections (https://www.youtube.com/@cyfyhomeinspections)
