Mainboard broken?

After not using for a month, I turned on the Bambu Lab A1 and it won’t start. There is a mechanical noise, but the display, the AMS, the motherboard, and the micro SD connection are not responding (LED). The LED in the print head at the back flashes in time with the mechanical noise.
I have contacted support.

My guess is that the motherboard and possibly also the AMS Lite have failed.

Or is there anything else I can do?

Here is the wiki for diagnosing power issues on the A1 platform.

Yes, I’ve checked all that too. It’s also in my description (led’s). That’s probably the best I can do?!

Do you still have warranty on it ? Have you raised a ticket to bambu support for issues found ? They are very good at helping , imho

YesI bought the device 4 months ago. I have opened a ticket as already written above. Now I am waiting. I have already asked for the whole device to be replaced in the ticket. As I am not able to remove and install electrical components myself.
