This thread is dedicated to announcing when maintenance work is done for the cloud infrastructure. Every new post will announce a maintenance time-frame and the expected outages for that period.
In order to provide better performance, our cloud capacity will be upgraded on Nov. 30 at 6:00 AM UTC. The process should last about 4 hours during which our cloud service will be stopped.
Ongoing prints will continue to run, but the print history may be lost in our app. If you want to launch a new print during the process, please use LAN only mode or SD card.
