I just uploaded an auto-reload dice tower (link) that needs a spring to function. I included a printed spring that works but might creep/fatigue over time. Therefore I designed the dice tower around the BB019 springs:
But when I uploaded the model or when I try to edit the model, all springs show up except this one. Even searching for it with the part number doesn’t work:
For now I put the link to the spring in the description but I would like it to be a maker supply model and have the springs listed in the BOM as usual. Is this a region thing or a full on bug and should it be in there?
That’s quite odd indeed! I ordered them myself a couple weeks ago and they are still not handed over to the courier. Not that that says much with bambu shipping speedyness but I’m starting to wonder whether the springs even exist I also opened up a ticket, let’s hope I get a reaction within a reasonable time…
I put in a ticket for this a couple weeks ago for a different component. They told me to add it to my model description until they could get it added. Very helpful…
Yes, no luck there either. I even prefer that either but when it didn’t work I went the manual route. So it seems to be completely missing…
Then I’ll just sit back and wait for nothing thanks for getting my hopes down but I guess it isn’t that big of an issue, hopefully they’ll fix it though. Especially if there are more components missing
