Maker World thinks my printer is a P1P still

My P1P is converted to a P1S but when printing a file from Maker World it still thinks my printer is a P1P.

How do I know this would you ask?
Because the bed temp auto set to 65c which is default for a P1P, it’s 55c for the P1S

What else is changed?
If my printer is “known” as a P1P that means my layer times are affected and will print slower than a stock P1S

Is there going to be an update that makes our converted P1P’s know as P1S’s in slicer and Maker World?

It doesn’t know - it’s going by the identification in the mainboard serial number, which doesn’t change when you do the physical component upgrades.

Do you think Bambu can fix that or update anything to make it print as fast as a P1S and set that bed temp automatically, or is it just stuck like that most likely?

I am always learning.
I wasn’t aware that the P1S uses the X1C printing presets but not the P1P.

As the printing presets are not controllable from the app, I would open TT requiring the update.
If they can, yes. However, I am unsure how trivial it is to update the info for all users who upgraded to the P1S.

If you print MakerWorld models on Bambu Handy, the cloud slicing service will generate G-code according to your physical printer type, filament type, build plate type.

For example, if the printer preset is X1C mm nozzle in a print profile, when you send the print job to a P1P printer, the print preset will be replaced with P1P 0.4 nozzle. The same thing will be done for filament and build plate type.
