Makerworld copyright unfairness

A few months ago I uploaded a model to makerworld, it was a parametrically recreated model for greater customization and multicolored, based on the idea of an existing model: https://thangs.com/designer/3dprintbunny/3d-model/Safe%20from%20the%20Rain%20Artwork-923441
the model I uploaded was banned after a few hours for copyright, I tried to appeal explaining that the model had been completely redone. but makerworld rejected it. that said it seemed right to me not to insist and I also found the makerworld method to enforce copyright good. that said no problem until the other day when I found a model on makerworld: https://makerworld.com/en/models/479514#profileId-391840 identical model that adds the led kit bambulab to the idea of the original creator, everything is ok if it weren’t for the fact that the model also received the featured and that he is not banned. I want to say that I have nothing against this creator, I would just like to understand why makerworld values creators and models differently.

these are the three models:

I don’t like the makerworld featuring system, in my opinion it should be revised. It seems that featuring are too unfair and that they only push certain creators and certain models.
