Here is how I see the different download scenarios and how the different counter are incremented

1. Raw files only (STL, step,…)
   +1 download **
2. print profile (bambu studio 3mf)
   2.1 Bambustudio
   +1 download **
   +1 print *** ****
   2.2 Handy App
   +1 print ****

**. Only if user logged and daily user download count ≤ 5
*** Only if printed on a bbl printer.
**** Only if successfully printed and the print time is not too short. Only one print per user per model is counted

So there reason why this print is not counted is more likely due to its the low print time.

I don’t know how they are calculating that but the announced print time your full plate is ± 4h54.

I suppose the author of the ratings only printed one of the items on the build plate. And he probably scaled down the model as well by reading his comment. The difference between his print time and the announced time of the plate might have triggered that rule and this explain why it was not counted.
