Makerworld google auth login + share printer access,

Update: Unlinking printer, moving to another account.

So, I bound a printer to a MakerWorld account using google auth.

Problem is i wish to share access with family in same house. I’m not to worried about them accessing MakerWorld account, but to login to app, i have to add my google account to their device.

  1. One is there anyway to login without giving full access to google account.
  2. Unlink account to goggle auth.
  3. Unlink printer from account [ update : just going to unlink, and move to standard account . seems just need sign out ]
  4. any other ideas? [ only good one right now buying cheap tablet just dedicated to accessing Bambu handy]

A shared account is probably the best approach here. Another method would be to flip the printer to LAN only mode, but this only works if everyone is using their computers to print directly to the printer, as the mobile app is not compatible with LAN mode.

What JJ said. I created a stand-alone Bambu account that my family can use. (After the initial novelty wore off, only my 12 year old kept using it.)
