MakerWorld is now Multilingual!

Where is the “陀螺”, I only see this one in your homepage.

Huh? Did they change anything? Cause I saw “陀螺”.
Anyway, I agree that we should be able to post our own translations.

Huh?!

You did not provide your own China site homepage URL, I saw the global site homepage.
I think it is reasonable that “spinner” is translated as “陀螺” in your context.

I noticed a bad translation in my comments. In english someone commented that my model worked for intended purpose and could even be used for another purpose.

In German, auto-translated, the comment read my model did not work for intended purposes.

Not very good.

Good, but it just wasn’t really the best translation…

This seems to be fixed now.

Another German speaker here. I’m using Makerworld in English but I’d like to disable auto translations for German comments. The translation is extremely helpful for asian model descriptions and stuff like that, but the auto translations from German to English are often very bad. Not sure if anyone from Bambu is monitoring this, if so, please consider this a feature request!

My mother tongue is also German - and I HATE any form of automatic, forced translation.

My English is good enough, I also know that I’m on an international platform and I don’t expect German texts from anyone here. English has pretty much become the universal language on the internet over the last 25 years ^^

And I ALWAYS prefer English to badly translated German. I also hate this on YouTube with their automatically translated video titles and subtitles.
