I’ve sent in a request about it and they let me know that there’s too much data for that range and the server is timing out, resulting in 0’s for everything.

This happens to me all the time too. The super easy fix is to hit reload on the page when you see it displaying 0’s. As soon as I do, the numbers appear for the date range that I’ve selected.
