I don’t know whats going on but my downloads gone to zero after this update 
. I also rated a print today with detailed pictures - no reward at all

This looks shady AF - why did you have more downloads than views? What’s your username on MW?
My download rates were not affected by the update.

Can I get my support ticket looked at this is ridiculous its been over 10 days now!!!
I too agree that since the update my downloads, views, earnings… etc is down. I only started about a month ago and have a few designs so far but they were doing ok. Since the update it’s been a ghost town for me.

We should remove the downloads from print profiles which are uploaded to another designer’s model. This will be fixed this week.

I have had no downloads from my printed profile from other people models since the update. Is this normal? when will it be corrected?

The download counter works normally.
I just checked several test accounts’ data.
It is easy to verify, just download a print profile of others, refresh the webpage and check the download count.

I deleted and reuploaded most my models today and to set detailed descriptions. Maybe some terms of my imported description were wrong? Im pointing to your update today Announcement Updates and Removal of Violating Misleading Models and Profiles

also I did asked for appeal as i have been banned and the bambu changed the rules as such. and now giving us only 5 days to modifiy them… no models have been removed nor any of my models did refrain your rules until they have been changed yesterday. in order for me to modify those models I would need to get unbanned. the bambu team keeps sending me the same message that I did refrain the rules wich I really dont believe I did. and when I ask what I did wrong they keep sending me the community guide line rules… wich doesnt make sense to me as I dont have more details of where I actually went wrong. thank you

We also found the view counter issue and focused on solving it.

Now that i have checked analytics. WOW. i have dropped from 18k views (Week 1 2024) to 800 views (Week 2 2024). Wow what have you guys done to the update? Yea i know week 2 isnt over yet but i guess 3 more days wont get me 17k views or 1300 download anyway?
@Tanklet is this a bug you are looking into too? that curve looks as bad as my crypto chart but even worse lol.
This is really bad for creators that exclusively design on MW.
This 2 days have been especially bad.
So as what i have described in the other post, my visibility have really gone way down, down by about 17k views on a average week that is why the download count went crashing down too despite me still pumping out quaility designs.
Its not just the view counter bug. It affects the download too, if people cannot find me then how are they going to see and download my designs say from the search?
Same problem here. I dont know what is going on… But I hope it is solved soon to be honest

The view counter issue which happened on 1/8 has been fixed today.
View data of 1/8 and 1/9 have been recovered. Part of view data of 1/10 (before the fix) will recovered tomorrow.
