  1. I got into the beta program but I can only view the forum area not create posts inside of it? have not received any further instructions so am I bit confused.

2.I reached out on facebook and the support area but don’t trust the answer I got and would like to confirm again. → I have one machine that is located in Sydney at head office, another located in our Thailand factory and we will buy a third machine from JD.com the china local website for our factory in Shanghai. If we all share the one login address and password will we be able to start prints etc on each machine in each location? and access same print profiles? this is for product developent.

  1. How can I add gcode/macro to print profile so that machine heat soaks to 50c+ on ABS and other high temp filaments prior to print starting and also to activate the carbon filter exhaust to run at 20% I have found 20% does not seem to impact chamber temp significantly.

  1. If the printers are connected to the cloud service, this should work.
  2. You can modify the start Gcode profile per filament profile, and save a copy to use when yiou print. The chamber fan is controlled by M106 P3 Snnn where nnn is 0-255. You’ll see code already in the profile to set the speed, just modify the S value to your desire.

  1. Yes but I have ready many comments that the JD.com printers are geo locked to china so wanted to confirm that did not mean that you cannot access them via cloud service from another country?
  2. Figured it all out thanks have modified machine start Gcode for heat soaking chamber and to run exhaust fan now.
