Anyone know the maximum size I can use in the Bambu Labs P1S Printer, Even if I have to use Rufus to format it.

Max size is 2TB! You don’t need rufus, insert the card and format it from the printer, it’s in the menu.

400gb sd card not found in printer, might have something to do with it coming out of a Samsung note10+
If it came from an android device it might well be on ext4 format. I would have thought, the printer would still see the card and format it FAT32 but if it’s not the case, yes rufus will help or many partition software which can do that too.
Try using Rufus and formatting as FAT32, the only format the P1 will recognize.
I’ve not tried formatting with a Bambu printer, but I’ve had no luck formatting in other FAT32-only devices if the card has been previously formatted as something else.
Worked formatted using rufus and P1S now sees SDXC card

I bought a new Samsung 128GB microSD card last night, and formatting wasn’t automatic. I had to get through the account menu (I think) to find the format function.
