I have been purchasing PLA Basis using my subscription since getting my printer in November. I have been happy with the filament and have yet to branch out. However, my experience with trying to use the discount is frustrating. I have noted the following things for me that seem universal:
- The discount can never be applied if I use the Safari web browser on my mac.
- Filaments and refills often show as available in the Safari browser but not available when I switch to Chrome.
- I must use the Chrome browser to get the membership discount.
- Once I see a filament is available in Safari I have to keep going back to Chrome and checking until it finally shows up.
