Mesh bed leveling error - p1s

Greetings

I just bought a P1S and when I was trying to make my first print in the bed leveling process when the printer goes to the middle right it bounces 20 times on that point, tries to level that point and then makes the same thing twice or three times. After that an error comes that says MESH BED LEVELING FAILED 0300 4002.

Does anyone know why I am having this problem. I have not even used the machine, this is for the first print that I am trying to do.

Hope anyone can help me.

Check to make sure your plate is properly seated and flat in the corners and that the back tab of the plate is not bent. This error happened to me when I was first learning the P1 series and had me baffled for a while. Turns out, My daughter put the plate in backwards. :rofl:

Chech the power cables for the heat bed on the AC board.
