Micro layer shift

I get micro layer shifts on different materials/temps/speeds they look like they are in same layers some prints are worse some are better i searched web/wiki for answers but theres no definitive one, im excluding model ( happens on any ) temps/speeds tried slowing down, material petg/pla-cf/pla no change.

what i done / checked:

  • retighten belts along with up/down calibration (belt in in middle of pulley)
  • cleaned all rods / axis and lubed
  • calibrated / powered down few times
  • manually trammed bed
  • there is no debris on axis/inside printer
  • tried without motor stepper lose feature
  • slowing down / wall generator / more walls

forums tell to check belts pulleys bearings but for what i dont see anything abnormal belts have normal teeth printer is with me for few months now.

I can read&search i know what can cause it im just out of ideas what to try next to eliminate it

Note bed tramming/cleaning rods/calibration/belt tensioning was done after i printed metal bronze part and before gray one.

Welcome to the forum.

Just a heads up that this isn’t a layer shift. A layer shift moves the entire model away from its origin because of a step loss. There are also other reasons. A layer shift doesn’t return to its original position several layers up. It stays shifted. CoreXY machines shift different than Cartesian machines. Generally cartesian machines shift in X or Y while CoreXY shifts in a combination of X and Y.

I would look more at your filament consistency and calibration. Printing of the outer and inner wall orders can also cause what you are seeing. Have you also dialed in your filament printing temperature?

One final point is that you’re auto calibrating on the textured PEI plate which won’t give the most constant results. Manual calibrations on the smooth PEI will give you the best filament calibration and consistency.

Well its ends up being simplest thing… and only shows how good bambu are.

Instead of deleting i will just humiliate my self and show you what was wrong note those were loose for like two months when i had clog. I printed 24/7 since then just noticed this issue two days ago when i switched to petg and only because of that ( first layer was a mess i somehow tuned it to my liking but then lines came in ) How it printed without showing any indications idk…

Cant believe i missed that after all the things and calibrations. After screwing them back its perfect.
