Oh dear…
Had a bit of a story with that. Few are affected but depending on where the issue sits, it can be arduous.
First the USB cable, which has a high likelyhood of being squished during assembly and is subject to some movement, then the Lidar replacement, then the TH board replacement…
In my case, something else blew just before the TH board replacement and I got a new printer on warranty. Overall, it took 5 months.
So make sure to check and document if there was any pre-existing damage on the USB cable.
