Hi everyone, I’m trying to find out if anyone is having the same issue I am having micro lighter says clean the lens. I go to clean the lens and noticed the entire micro lighter assembly is melting off of the hot end.
I also find it very odd that I can’t post these pictures on here because it says failed to upload. Is anyone having issues like this?

This is definitely new to me… the camera is above and to the right side (front face) of the toolheads underside… not sure how heat would escape that far to be anywhere near the melting or heat deflection of the lidar shell.
Try sending support a ticket then posting any update further on here.

I have had 2 Lidar covers melt. I do a lot of extended nylon filament prints at almost max temperatures and it seems the heat creep will deform them over time.
Did you contact Bambu? I have just been replacing them assuming it is self inflicted.
No not self inflicted if you look at the back of the extruder your going to find that back part has melted to. I know because mine melted. They replaced all that for me all but the board causing the issue. It’s over heating or…. You left the bed on at 120 and forgot for a day
