i repeatedly get the error Micro Lidar Lens dirty.
i already cleaned the lens but it didnt help
every other print the error occurs.
can i somehow check the laser?

is this a firmware problem? because its relatively new.
and how to get a new laser if its really defect? - in bambu store it is no longer available.
Since your X1 is relatively new: Make sure to clean the correct area. It is recessed and difficult to see with the heat bed in the way.
Also, it could just be dirt on the calibration marker.
If it is not that, I am afraid things can get painful. There’s a whole troubleshooting chain starting with a USB cable replacement (mine was pinched during assembly), replacing the lidar, replacing boards,…

You’ll want to do that through a ticket. Rare stock will probably be shipped from China if needed. My Lidar shipment to Europe took 72h. Turned out I needed a new printer though as it blew just before replacing the AP board. Glad it was still under warranty.
