"milky" surface finish on bottom layer of black prints

Hi all, I just received a brand new H2D and my first prints so far using black PETG HF have this “milky” looking surface finish on the bottom layers. I’ve cleaned both the plate and the nozzle, and I’m still getting parts looking like this. Has anyone encountered this before? I’ve never had this issue with my texture plates for the X1/P1 series printers.

Hit it with a torch or heat gun. It will turn black. Best way to minimize it is to let it cool completely before peeling it up.

Its common for bambus petg-hf

These prints finished while I was at work, so they have ~10 hours to cool down. I’ll take a heat gun and see if they go away.
