I now have misalignment when switching between colors on AMS. I have done calibration and set K=.03. This misalignment occurs on PLA and PETG. nozzle .4mm.
Do you have any PTFE guides installed or motor covers? Or perhaps the PTFE tube is too short and the head is losing steps when it activates the cutter. Make sure that the head is able to move too all 4 corners by manually moving it and checking for resistance.
