I have quickly draw this box in Fusion360 and while slicing it in bambu studio, nothing special was shown in the time line, thus I went ahead and printed. The result of the print is as shown on the picture.
We can see what I call a misalignment between the blue part and the red part. What I was expecting to get is the red part been even across the whole print “walls” but for a strange reason there is this blue part (which is the floor) of the inner piece that is not aligned with the rest of the print.
I believe it’s a slicer issue or calibration… that is why I posted it in this section.
If any of you awesome guys can help / guide / teach / to understand and solve this problem. Would be much appreciated !

Printer: P1P
Filament : white : bambu Basic PLA white
Slicer : Bambu studio
Profile : 0.2mm layer (the standard one)
Print sheet : textured PEI plate
That looks like it could be the minimum layer time, is that part of the print solid and the rest hollow or something similar? It’s likely that they’re cooling at a different rate

YES exact.
and how should i correct that behaviour?
I looked but surprisingly there isn’t a youtube video that goes into detail about it. You can increase your minimum layer time so that there’s more even cooling, as right now the solid layers are getting a long time to cool and solidify as it takes a while to fill in a surface, whereas the thinner layers are done much faster and don’t get a ton of time to cool before having another layer pressed onto them
I will try to find this setting in the slicer. no idea where is located so far…
Thx a lot for your guidance… i will feedback you as soon as i have find and done some test prints
Layer time is in the filament options:
It doesn’t look like BBS has a “minimum layer time” option explicitly, that would be a nice to have feature though
I did find this which I would say is semi-relevant:

indeed, will have a look at this video. Something interesting to learn…
Otherwise, i will also redesign my box in another way just to see if that has an impact or not.
Hello, in fact i try to find such option but could not find… it is a mix fox different other factors that will influence the layer time… it’s complicate for me to find what correct settings… maybe someone else has another idea…
finally playing with layer height seems to do the job… Thx for your help
