Misdelivered parcel with no communication or acknowledgment

Hello again,
I am UK based and I’m not happy.

I have an order that was split into two parts, one delivery for the printer and another for the additional accessories. I now have complaints with both deliveries.

The printer was delivered to a random address on the 1st July. I submitted a ticket to Bambu Labs support and I tried multiple times to contact DPD, eventually arranging to be called back by DPD on the 3rd July. During this call DPD said that, as it is more that 24 hours later, they cant help me and that Bambu Labs will have to contact them for it to be pursued further. I subsequently submitted another ticket to support on 5th July, informing them of the update and the urgency of the matter. So far during this rather stressful situation of having paid for a fairly expensive printer that someone else is now in possesion of, I have had no acknowledgement or communication from Bambu Labs at ALL. If i go to the support tab, my tickets don’t even show up. I have paid my money and not recieved any service, let alone goods!

The second part of the order has been going round and round, with DPD continuly aranging a delivery slot and then saying “we sorry we missed you, another delivery attempt will be made” despite me standing outside waiting for the entire hour slot and not seeing any deliveries. My address is not the problem as DPD has delivered to it many times to it in the past. On the 6th July, the delivery was updated, yet again, this time to " Return to consignor has been requested" and today(7th) it now says “your parcel is on its way back to” and then doesnt say to where/who.

Could someone from support atleast contact me? I am getting to the point where I will need to ask my bank to pursue getting my cashback.
