Mismatch in Point Rewards: Transactions vs Analytics

Hello everyone,

I’ve encountered a discrepancy in my account’s point rewards.On April 19, 2024, according to the transaction history, I earned an additional +50 points. However, when I check the account analytics section under point rewards, it reflects an increase of +80 points for the same day.

I am puzzled by this inconsistency and concerned about potential errors in point tracking. Could anyone have experienced similar discrepancies in their accounts?

Maybe they added the 20th to it, the extra +30 would give you 80 also.

This is typically what I have noticed. It seems the website and the analytics database are not in sync.

That’s likely due to your timezone difference. Analytics update at CET+1, while the log reflects your local timezone.

@3DPickles First of all, welcome to the community.

As @Uhl pointed out, the problem is probably due to your timezone. Actually you should verify if the 30 points you were supposed to gain on 20/04 have been counted on that day - because probably they have been counted on 19/04. (i.e. you have a +30 balance on 19/04 but a -30 balance on what you expect on 20/04).

This happens to me too: I often get points that become visible in the analytics the day after. However apart the delay the total count of the credits is correct.
