I just bought 10-19-2024 the X1C package. I opened the box there were only three filament spools two white and one green. I have been trying to get this corrected by customer service. They just keep replying that i have received the the X1C box. has anyone else had this problem with Bambu Lab.
Welcome to the forum.
The X1C AMS combo only comes with 3 sample filament spools in the box.
If you ordered additional filament with your printer it ship separately, sometimes from a different location.
Thank you the advertisement shows four colors. I got caught by assuming that is what I would get. I just looked at wath comes in the box. Your right only three spools of any color. The printer really does a great job of printing so far.
Any color and any material.
I receive 1 PLA Basic spool (green), 1 PLA-CF (black) spool and 1 PLA-PETG Support spool.
All of them parcially full/empty.
Oh? I just got my X1 and AMS, the AMS came with 4 empty rolls (expected that) BUT the X1 came with only 1 (one) small roll of green. Not 3 rolls like my P1S which came with one roll green, one roll orange, and one roll PLA release pla.
ALSO:
Since none of the Bambu products come with an instruction book/booklet/instruction sheet whatever,
I’m wondering what the two small round push buttons are for on the front-top-right hand side.
Did you order a X1C and AMS separately? The stand alone AMS comes with 4 empty spools. The X1C comes with one small spool of filament.
The X1C Combo comes with the AMS inside the printer and 3 spools of filament.
Here is the quick start guide for the X1C that is normally included with the printer.

Here is a link to the wiki with all the pertinent info about the printer and more. This should be your go to.
The button is a “Pause” and the other turns the screen on and off.
I ordered and had everything but the AMS. I sent a ticket in and the support team just shipped one out to me. No questions and easy fix. All spools I got were partially filled, but that is kind of to be expected.
