Anyone else having a problem with the bambulab store? My order history has disappeared and my saved address disappeared.
I currently have a shopping cart which I want to check out to complete purchase. However, it won’t allow me to enter the correct country. The country/region dropdown menu only gives 7 options: Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, so I cannot complete checkout:
had the same probs, when i wanted to order the bonus code filament…looks like their shop i a little bit screwed…1 hour later i logged off and logged in again and all showed up again
Thanks for the reply. I think the problem was that it didn’t auto-redirect me to the correct region. It was on Global before, and I didn’t notice that since everything else (including currency) looked the same.
I manually selected USA
and I was able to see my order history and address again. My shopping cart was empty, probably because the shopping cart is tied to a region-specific store. Not a big deal, as I was add the items again and check out.
