I just noticed that I have a model which has not received the 30 points for its first 10 downloads.
3 Prints x 2 Points + 5 Downloads = 11
Have you noticed this problem affecting your models recently?
Your Model doesn’t have a rating of <4 stars. Once you have that then you will receive the points.
At least i believe that was one requirement.
The 4-star requirement is for print profiles, not for models.

Semi related question for anyone who might know, and apologies in advance as I’m quite new to makerworld. When it comes to points for the milestones (10 downloads for example) is that only downloads from a single item? Or is it cumulative downloads for the items you’ve uploaded?
I ask because I’ve currently got 10 downloads but I’ve seen no additional points come through, however thats a cumulative download amount, so I’m thinking that’s the issue?

Points earned aren’t cumulative, they are earned for each model or print profile uploaded. Once a single model earns 10, you will hit the first milestone. You’ll end up with more points this way since you have more opportunities to hit these milestones for each model or profile uploaded.
