Hopefully someone can help
I ordered a printer on the 29th and on saturday 5th it showed delivered by dpd…except it wasnt
Checked the tracking and there is no photo of the item which is dpd should provide as proof of delivery
Spent the last 3 days (while on holiday) trying to get some info out of dpd as to where my printer is
Today they said i need to contact the sender as they cant assist me unless im the sender
I sent a support ticket saturday but still havent heard anything from Bambu labs
Currently £900 out of pocket and no closer to a resolution
Currently looking in to a chargeback as worst case but hoping to hear from bambu labs ticket soon
Anyone with experiance of this situation?
Check the tracking. Maybe delivered, returned to the sender. Norway and switzerland had the same problem. Wrong or missing export Papers. I received mine 3 weeks later in a second attemt.
DPD can be a real mess sometimes, what’s the status of the package before the delivery? Was it actually “out for delivery” for a reasonable amount of time.
Best case they accidentally marked it as delivered and will return on a later date.
Worst case… It’s missing, charge back, and have Bambu deal with the shipping insurance.
Yeah dpd have been a nightmare to deal with it all showed good out for delivery then marked delivery only found out something was up when i checked in on my inlaws ( whos house it was delivered too)
Only plus side i have is i had no safe place listed and the photo evidence they took was blank.
Just a real pain that at best im probably looking 30 days before i see my printer or a refund.
Just got to wait and hope bambu labs respond to the ticket and contact dpd quickly

Bambulabs support replied to my ticket on day 5( which im happy with) asking me to raise a claim with dpd…which only the sender can do
Looking more likely ill be raising a charge back after 14 days
Was still hoping to purchase a p1s even after all this but if support dont even know how their claims process works with their delivery company what hope do i gave with any real issues in the future?
I have had issues with DPD previously but raised a question in the app and the local depot has called me back and was able to locate what had happened to the parcel. But it can depend on what your local DPD depot is like.
